Payment Of Tuition

Payment schedule will be set up based on the number of months you choose to pay your student’s tuition. You will be informed of the days and times available to set up your contract. Those with students K-12 who pay in full by August 20th will receive a 5% discount off the total tuition. Fees and other charges are not included in this discount. Only one discount is authorized, the highest discount taking precedence.

Financial Aid Guidelines

If you have a desire to place your child (children) in CCS and are in need of financial aid, please request an application for financial aid from the school office at 503-252-5207.
The area of financial aid at City Christian School is treated very carefully. It is the desire of the school to make sure, within reason, that a family which does not have the financial means but has a strong desire to attend our school, be helped as much as possible to achieve their enrollment goals. However, as a small, privately funded school, monies for such purposes are always in demand and usually limited. To this end, the financial aid board at CCS makes every attempt to raise funds for this purpose. We prudently perform a thorough but highly confidential financial analysis of all applicants, and make decisions accordingly.

Zman Scholorship is another opportunity to help with your child’s tuition. There are full and partial scholarships available to high school students. For more information please visit www.zmanscholarship.org or call City Christian at 503-252-5207. Application deadline is January 15th.

Additional Charges

Per Student
Enrollment fee for new enrollments is $50.00 for each child, non-refundable. Re-enrollment is a fee of $25.00 per child before March 15, 2017 and $50.00 per child after March 15, 2017, non-refundable.
Smart Tuition management fee per family for all payment types $45.00.
Additional charges do not include expenses incurred through participation in special events, such as tours, conventions, or conferences. There is also before and after school extended care options available.
